• Often laid the same day as dispatch and we collect 2-3 times /day

• Maximum 48 hours old before posting

📅 Dispatch days are usually are from Monday to Thursday depending on order timing and queue volume.

⏳ Due to high demand and pre-booked orders, please allow up to 14 working days for dispatch. Not usually the case, but sometimes every one may want a certain breed or hens slow/stop/moult/don't feel laying. If a big delay happens we get in contact and will be discussed individually.

Once eggs have been packaged, dispatched, tracked, and collected/scanned by Royal Mail or any courier service:

📦 Responsibility transfers fully to the buyer.

At that point, the parcel is no longer:

• In our possession

• In our building

• Within our reach

• Within our contact or control

Therefore:

❌ We are NOT responsible or liable for:

• Courier/postal delays

• Mishandling by Royal Mail/couriers

• Cracked or damaged eggs during transit

• Lost, missing, delayed, returned, or seized parcels

• Depot/sorting office/customs holds/delays

• Failed delivery attempts

• Incorrect addresses entered by buyers

• Temperature exposure during transport

• X-ray scanning or rough handling

• Parcels being retained by courier/postal services for any reason whatsoever

📌 If a parcel is delayed, held, lost, opened, damaged, seized, mishandled, or retained by any courier/postal service, unfortunately this is entirely outside of our control and responsibility.

❌ We cannot:

• Intervene in courier operations

• Resolve courier disputes on behalf of buyers

• Control how parcels are handled after collection

• Refund due to courier/postal issues

• Replace eggs due to courier/postal delays or handling

• Send additional eggs because of transport-related problems or offer any discounts or guarantees

📌 It is not in our interest to send damaged eggs. Eggs are packaged carefully and securely to the highest care possible before leaving our premises.

⚠️ HATCHING DISCLAIMER

Hatching eggs naturally carry risk.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Hatch success depends heavily on incubation equipment, humidity, temperature, storage, transport, handling, and individual experience

• We cannot control incubation conditions once eggs leave our care

• We cannot control courier handling or transport conditions

✔️ Fertility rates are regularly monitored from young, healthy breeding stock.

❌ However, hatch rates are NEVER guaranteed. We are doing the best, but there are too many natural variations in producing live birds.

📌 Fertility rate ≠ Hatch rate — they are not the same.

Therefore:

❌ No refunds, replacements, or compensation are offered for and not limited to:

• Poor hatch rates

• Clear eggs

• Early or late embryo losses

• Cracked eggs

• Courier/postal delays

• Lost or damaged parcels

• Mishandling during transit
