⢠Control how parcels are handled after collection
⢠Refund due to courier/postal issues
⢠Replace eggs due to courier/postal delays or handling

⢠Hatch success depends heavily on incubation equipment, humidity, temperature, storage, transport, handling, and individual experience
⢠We cannot control incubation conditions once eggs leave our care
⢠We cannot control courier handling or transport conditions

â However, hatch rates are NEVER guaranteed. We are doing the best, but there are too many natural variations in producing live birds.
