All eggs are from annual imports of the highest quality AUSTRALORP breeding stock only.
NOTE ❗️Occasionally they can throw blue, white and pure black genes, is simply the way genetics work.
Our birds are pure breed from champion lines.
You’ll receive a mix of eggs from our Black, Blue & Splash Australorp pens.
We have no British bloodlines, making our stock ideal for adding new genetics to your flock.
Birds are fed non-GMO feeds and organic treats.

ORDER TIMING & DISPATCH
Due to high demand, dispatch may take up to 14 days.
This does NOT mean:
1. Eggs won’t be sent the next day – this depends on the day and time of your payment.
2. Eggs are old – we are DEFRA approved and collect eggs daily from hundreds of actively laying birds.
All eggs are dispatched fresh—laid the same day or within 48 hours max.

COLLECTIONS & VISITS
Collection is sometimes available by mutual agreement, usually in the evening after farm duties.
We do not offer farm tours – this is our passion and smallholding, not a public attraction.
We may meet in a nearby town if convenient and pre-arranged.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Cockerels are housed with 3–5 hens each, and breeding lines are rotated every year.
We incubate regularly for our own stock and customer orders every 3–4 weeks.
Fertility is regularly checked and high. All birds used are young and in their prime.
Eggs may vary slightly in size, shape, or shade—this is a natural occurrence due to:
Seasonal changes
Age of hens
Egg bloom and pigmentation

REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED EGGS
If eggs arrive cracked or smashed:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos of the damaged eggs in their original packaging before removing them.
Replacement eggs may be sent (customer covers postage and packaging) if stock allows.
Alternatively, we may offer a 2% discount code for your next order.

LOW DEVELOPMENT RATES (<30%)
(Example: from 6 eggs, only 1 develops; from 12 eggs, 2 or fewer develop.)
A 2% discount code for your next order may be issued once per customer if the following proof is submitted:
Photos/videos of your incubator setup, clearly showing:
An additional thermometer and hygrometer placed inside the incubator.
Your incubator’s temperature/humidity readings (incubator must be closed for accuracy).
The day of incubation must align with correct parameters—incorrect settings for the incubation stage will void eligibility.
Candling photos with each egg numbered starting from 1.
A group photo showing all eggs together, with our markings and your numbered labels clearly visible.
Date of candling and total egg count.

IMPORTANT NOTES
We do not replace if eggs have arrived late. We do not replace after 22 days after your eggs have arrived.
We do not issue replacements if you contact us after hatching is complete, unless you reported issues earlier.
We do not replace for issues caused by:
Incubator malfunction
Incorrect turning
Inconsistent temperature/humidity
Incorrect incubator parameters for the specific stage of incubation - we provided advice sheet.
Once the eggs leave us, we cannot control transport conditions and take no responsibility for handling by postal services.
